What started as three directors with decades of combined expertise in Building Management, Facilities Management, compliance, property technology, and licensed trade experience has grown into a director-led team committed to raising the standard of building operations across Sydney.
We built Core Management Group to be the opposite of “set and forget.” We’re hands-on, proactive, and deeply invested in the long-term health of every building we manage. Our Full-Time Management package is ideal for large or complex properties requiring a dedicated Building Manager onsite. This is a fully integrated model where one of our experienced team members is assigned exclusively to your site.
Fees are calculated based on an hourly structure, with all-inclusive service delivery, allowing for a predictable, scalable, and high-performing solution.
