Core Management Group was founded by three long-standing colleagues (and friends) who have worked together in the industry for over a decade. After years of shared experiences and countless conversations, we identified a significant gap in the market — a need for a more personal, agile, and quality-driven service that puts people and performance first.
The industry has delivered a traditional, one-size-fits-all service model for decades. But times & people have changed. Clients now want choice. They want flexibility, transparency, and a progressive approach tailored to their building and community. So, we created Core — a business designed to offer genuine alternatives and raise the standard across the industry.
With complementary skillsets, aligned values, and hands-on leadership, we offer a truly personalised service experience — backed by the systems, expertise, and capability to scale. Our three Directors remain closely involved in day-to-day operations, ensuring every client and every building receives the attention, care, and consistency they deserve.

The Core Group is a director-led business, combining over 30 years of industry experience across our leadership team. Our Directors bring deep expertise in Building Management, Facilities Management, Strata Management, and Property Technology.

As three young fathers, the wellbeing of children and families is something deeply personal to us. One of our Directors has also seen first-hand the extraordinary work of the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation, making this partnership even more meaningful for our team.
The Core Group commits to donating $3 per lot/unit managed for every new client we welcome.

- Our donations grow as we grow, helping fund important care and support programs for children in need.

About Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation:
The SCHF supports the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network, which includes Randwick and Westmead Children’s Hospitals, as well as Bear Cottage, a leading respite care facility on the Northern Beaches.
The Foundation raises vital funds to provide world-class healthcare, research, equipment, and family support services for sick children and their families.
